    We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team You will be responsible for managing the ongoing projects alongside management.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist Office Manager/General Manager in the office planning function.
    • Assisting accounting with collection of receipts, payments, as needed
    • Phone Support with Customers and affiliates
    • Managing and implementing schedule/ calendar for project managers and technicians
    • Communicating with Field Technicians in order to gain all file information
    • Handling and updating all projects/files in a timely manner and through all required portals/methods
    • Following status of jobs from start to completion
    • Working with Field Technicians to implement systems in order to streamline data transfer
    • Scheduling/ordering equipment, tools, or materials needed on projects
    • This position includes such other duties as assigned

    ​Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in construction
    • Previous experience in construction industry
    • Strong project management skills
    • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
    • Strong leadership qualities
    • Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
