- Works with Project Manager, Project Superintendent, Subcontractors, and others involved with assigned projects
- Helps the construction team prepare contract packages and submittals and procure project related items
- Distributes and organizes documents related to construction projects
- Distributes project related information to subcontractors.
- Collects and assembles all required project close out
- Handles project specific incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and mailings
- Enters and prepares subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders in the accounting and project management software systems
- Maintains updates of project correspondence, meeting minutes, and drawing logs in project management systems
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Must be highly organized and capable of multi-tasking;
- Must be a team player with strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a willingness to work independently and produce results in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to coordinate and communicate well and in a professional, positive manner with subcontractors
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
- Must have a talent for following up with subcontractors, in a timely manner
- Must have a willingness to seek out solutions independently through communication with multiple parties and achieve positive results
- Experience with Procore and Sage a plus
- Familiarity with the construction industry a plus
