Customer Service Specialist (m/w/d)

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist (m/w/d) to join our consulting team at Henderson.

Henderson is a consulting firm specializing in the pharmaceutical and medical technology industries.

Through our Project Consultants, Henderson provides high-quality project solutions to our clients through temporary staffing and service contracts.

Location: Frankfurt am Main

Position: Project Consulting

Responsibilities:


• Customer Service: Processing of customer orders within various SAP systems (CEP, P08, PLE) for all export flows of the Frankfurt Distribution Platform (DPFRA)


• Needs analysis using various Supply Planning Tools (M2, Kinaxis, ADS)


• Transport planning and management: Continuous coordination with interfaces within DPFRA (Operational Distribution, Quality) and external stakeholders (customers, planning hubs, plant quality and demand management, transporters, customs)


• Generation of transport and export documentation


• Coordination with production sites (plants) regarding product availability


• Continuous and independent communication with customers and acting as a window person for inquiries regarding the portfolio of countries being served
