Job Description

Are you interested in international HR management and talent development? Do you enjoy working on new topics and shaping them? Then join our team and support us in designing and coordinating international HR projects and processes, as well as global talent development. We offer you an interesting and diverse range of tasks in an international environment.

From conception to implementation, you will support us in international HR projects (e.g. Junior Managers Program, promotions, strategic job structure planning, job evaluation for management positions).
You will bring in your own ideas and take on projects independently, tailored to your personal interests.
Last but not least, you will help us prepare strategic topics such as creating presentations, overviews, and reports. Become part of our HR team and look forward to close collaboration in the day-to-day operations with our international colleagues.
