    The Director of Key Accounts (KAD) will be responsible for driving the business planning process designed to increase customer engagement and create synergy across the AWM businesses while delivering incremental growth.

    In collaboration with the AWM Field Sales teams and Corporate Account Director (CAD), the KAD will be responsible for (1) developing and executing the AWM strategy, (2) driving AWM wide cross-sell and contracting, (3) and acting as link between AWM and CAD in covered accounts in order to drive overall SN growth:

    What will you be doing?

    Develop and execute AWM strategy for assigned accounts:
    Define clear priorities and opportunities
    Communicate strategy to AWM Field Sales teams
    Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure strategy execution

    Drive cross-selling and contracting within AWM:
    Communicate AWM-wide value proposition
    Coordinate cross-AWM contract development and negotiation
    Manage pricing and contract incentives
    Ensure compliance and address non-compliance issues

    Serve as the liaison between AWM and ASD, representing AWM to HCS:
    Identify opportunities for synergy with other business units
    Align account strategies with CAD-level strategies
    Collaborate with CAD to pursue cross-SN contract opportunities
    Support C-suite contacts and conduct business reviews with field teams.

    What will you need to be successful?

    Minimum 7 years documented sales success in broad range of healthcare products
    Prior experience preferred in Sales Management and/or IDN account management, including contract negotiation and execution
    Sales/people leadership preferred, not required
    Knowledge of healthcare / hospital buying and contracting processes for both clinical and economic products
    Understanding of US healthcare landscape, including role of payers, GPOs, distributors
    Experience working across business units / segments / functions to drive results
    Knowledge of overall AWM portfolio preferred
    BA/BS required
    Travel up to 75% of the time


    All field sales professionals that are required to gain entry into healthcare facilities to perform the basic remit of their role, must successfully complete our credentialing process, which often includes COVID 19 vaccine management.
