    Job Description

    Are you familiar with the world of construction? We're in search of someone to step into our warehouse coordinator role. We need a candidate with construction background, a hunger for knowledge, and an interest in starting a career with our growing company.

    The Warehouse Coordinator plays a crucial role in our production department's success. Responsibilities encompass, but aren't limited to:

    • Assist in finding unique or hard-to-find materials or suppliers
    • Maintain warehouse organization and appropriate stock levels
    • Nurture supplier and subcontractor relationships to expand our network and support Project Managers in meeting project deadlines and budgets
    • Act as a liaison for emergency services, ensuring stocked and ready trailers
    • Oversee tool tracking and accountability program
    • Support fleet management and organization - plus, you'll have access to a company vehicle

    On top of the mentioned qualities, an ideal candidate for this position will also demonstrate the following attributes:

    • Ability to multitask, take initiative, and find creative solutions for smooth warehouse operations
    • Comfortable engaging with individuals at supply houses, retail outlets, etc., to secure additional subcontractors and suppliers
    • Able to grasp the bigger picture and go beyond job duties to assist the team
    • Understanding of supply chain procedures
    • Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills
    • Clean driving record and background check
    • Hardworking and always looking for ways to support the team's success
    • Modest and focused on teamwork

    We provide a competitive compensation package including health, vision, dental, and life insurance, a retirement savings plan, and earned PTO based on tenure. Pay is between $16 to $20 per hour, depending on experience.
