Position Overview:
At FreePower, we are dedicated to revolutionizing the industry with our innovative FreePower for Countertop technology.
As we expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated Operations Associate to act as both warehouse staff and office manager.
If you are driven, passionate about impactful products, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply. This role will report directly to the Operations Manager and requires full-time presence at our Phoenix, AZ office.Warehouse Management:
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
Office Management:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting as necessary.
- Maintain organized files and records, both electronic and physical.
Administrative Support:
- Assist the Operations Manager with various administrative tasks as required.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate communication and workflow.
- Provide support for special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations and/or office management is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus.
