Position Overview:
At FreePower, we are dedicated to revolutionizing the industry with our innovative FreePower for Countertop technology.

As we expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated Operations Associate to act as both warehouse staff and office manager.

Warehouse Management:


  • Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming shipments.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.

Office Management:


  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting as necessary.
  • Maintain organized files and records, both electronic and physical.

Administrative Support:


  • Assist the Operations Manager with various administrative tasks as required.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate communication and workflow.
  • Provide support for special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations and/or office management is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus.
