Description

Industrial Pipe and Valve Inc is looking for an experienced and qualified Warehouse Manager to work in our Phoenix Branch

$55,000-$62,000/year salary

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping
Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement team to ensure adequate stock levels
Manage and optimize warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and improve workflow
Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate transportation and logistics activities
Analyze data and generate reports on warehouse performance, including productivity, accuracy, and cost control
Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure high performance and productivity
Implement quality control measures to maintain product integrity throughout the storage and distribution process

Skills:

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping processes
Proficient in budgeting and cost control principles to optimize warehouse expenses
Experience working with distribution center management systems
Solid understanding of materials management principles to ensure accurate inventory control
Ability to operate forklifts or other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
Strong problemsolving skills to address operational challenges and implement process improvements
Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
