    Description

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a motivated and organized Warehouse Coordinator to join the Catapult team The Warehouse Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a keen eye for detail.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Inventory Management:

    Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory.

    Perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.

    Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.

    Coordinate the receiving and storage of incoming shipments.

    Ensure that inventory is organized and easily accessible.

    Order Processing:

    Receive and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.

    Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.

    Coordinate with the shipping department to schedule and track deliveries.

    Ensure orders are completed and shipped according to customer specifications.

    Quality Control:

    Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy.

    Report and address any discrepancies or damaged items.

    Implement and maintain quality control procedures.

    Safety and Compliance:

    Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

    Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

    Train and supervise warehouse staff in safety protocols.

    Communication:

    Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and customer service, to ensure smooth operations.

    Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding shipments and returns.

    Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders and inventory.

    Reporting:

    Generate reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and warehouse performance.

    Provide regular updates to management on warehouse operations.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or a degree in a related field is a plus.

    Proven experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.

    Strong computer skills, including experience with inventory management software.

    Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    Attention to detail and accuracy.

    Ability to lift and move heavy objects.

    Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Forklift certification is a plus.
