Job Summary:


In this role, you will Performs functions related to order entry, incoming receipts, material tracking, production and inventory control for material warehouse department.

Provides documentation of movement.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Utilize ERP or MRP system (scanners where applicable) for all receipts, transfers, and shipments.
  • Conveys, sorts, and places materials to fill work orders, sales orders and/or requests for material(s), finished goods and other items as needed.
  • Verifies and maintains records of outgoing shipments.
  • Assembles, marks, opens, weighs, counts and verifies various materials, product(s), and supplies. Palletize and shrinkwrap product. Operates forklift to stack or tier items stored in the warehouse. Loads and unloads trucks when necessary.
  • Verifies product to purchase order and completes the required paperwork and labels where applicable.
  • Completes required cycle counts throughout the fiscal month as required and at yearend.
  • Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, orderly, and safe.
Other duties as assigned.


Basic Qualifications:


  • High School or Equivalent.
  • Minimum six months prior warehouse experience.

Travel Requirements:


  • None.

Physical and Mental Requirements:


  • Must be able to work assigned shift(s) with overtime as required to complete assignments if necessary.
  • Sitting and/or standing for extended periods may occur as well as getting to and from offices and building sites.
  • If specifically necessitated by customer requirements, must be able to see with or without corrective lenses and distinguish color differences for product and safety issues.
  • Hearing ability should be sufficient to hear and react to audible alarms from distances up to 150 feet.
  • The ability to be able to lift and carry various items up to 50 pounds for manufacturing positions or 30 pounds for administrative positions is required.
