    We are on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Team Manager based in San Diego, California.

    This pivotal role entails steering a high-achieving team toward augmenting the company's growth and profitability by rendering premier recruitment services.

    The incumbent will oversee the daily operational facets of project deliverables, with a primary aim to uphold and deliver high-quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction is consistently maintained and achieved.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead a dynamic team to ensure recruitment deliverables are met daily, aligning with KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

    Cultivate trust and confidence among key stakeholders, ensuring effective expectation setting and adept management of client communications through relationship building.

    Actively identify areas for improvement, offering constructive suggestions for change, inclusive of proposed change management steps.

    Prepare for and engage in project reviews with clients and senior management, promoting a collaborative approach to enhancing recruitment processes.

    Requirements

    A keen interest in the luxury sector, fueled by motivation and a robust comprehension of full life cycle recruiting alongside industry best practices.

    A minimum of 6 years experience in recruitment, inclusive of managing a sizable recruiting team.
    Acumen in understanding recruiting metrics and adhering to reporting standards.
    Proficiency in data analysis, offering insightful recommendations and solutions.
    Exceptional planning and organizational skills, adept at managing multiple responsibilities efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced service milieu.
    Proficient business communication skills in English.
