Overview:


Duties:


  • Lead and motivate team members to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Train new team members on company policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with management to implement strategies for improved efficiency
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain a positive work environment for the team

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in Sales and Team Management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Must possess exceptional command of the English language
  • Experience in conducting interviews and training staff
  • Must be Open-Minded : LGBTQ+ Friendly, et cetera
  • Must be a selfstarter and selfmotivated, as this is a commission only based job

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract


Pay:
$52, $104,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 12 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

Advertising Sales Team Management: 1 year (required)
