Description

Responsibility for the department of Endpoint Security Services as well as its profitability and results
Alignment of the department with the BWI's information security strategy and the CCITS business mandate
Implementation, further development and optimization of the managed security services to ensure the protection of endpoints and data
Ensuring and optimizing coordination with the customer Bundeswehr and all BWI business areas, especially CISO, Shared Service Delivery, Finance, Account and Portfolio Management
Evaluation of new technologies and methods for integration into the existing service architecture
Continuous development of the team and optimization of methodology and processes, taking into account customer requirements
Promotion of an integrated collaboration between service management, architecture and operations
Information and consultation for top management, clients and stakeholders regarding all important activities in the responsibility area
Professional and disciplinary leadership of top specialists

~ Successfully completed studies in business administration, business informatics, or alternatively a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in the field
~ 6 years of relevant experience and expertise in the provision, management and monitoring of enterprise services (endpoints), ideally in the public sector and Bundeswehr environment
~ Extensive knowledge in (financial) planning and calculation of services as well as experience with public tenders
~ Good leadership qualities and experience in leading teams
~ ITIL certification (foundation level) desirable
