- Identify and document key operational processes related to CNC machine service, including maintenance, repair, scheduling, and quality control.

- Implement EOS's Data Component by establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to CNC machine service operations, such as machine uptime, response time, and quality metrics.
- Collect, analyze, and report on data to monitor the health of the operations and make informed decisions.
- Use EOS's Scorecard tool to track progress toward operational goals and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure that the CNC machine service company delivers high-quality service and meets or exceeds customer expectations.
