    Description

    Scully and Scully, the prestigious Park Avenue home furnishings store is seeking an individual with a college degree in a related field to join our team as an IT Manager.

    IT responsibilities include:

    • Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical / computer / IT assistance
    • Troubleshooting IT, computer, printer and network issues as they arise
    • Assist users with hardware and software, answering questions and providing guidance when necessary
    • Administering the technology infrastructure, including network infrastructure, network security, VoIP phone system, Microsoft Windows domain / Active Directory, and Office 365 apps
    • Administering network and user accounts
    • Managing Microsoft SQL Server database, which supports order management and E-commerce systems
    • Creating ad-hoc reporting from order management system and SQL server as needed
    • Manage all 3rd party technology vendors and relationships covering order management system, inventory and shipping system, and accounting system

    Additional responsibilities may include:

    • Working closely with the President or the Marketing Director on special advertising or marketing projects
    • Working closely with E-Commerce team to enhance and improve success of E-commerce sales channel

    Candidate Must:

    • Have a bachelor's degree in a related field
    • Have a minimum of 5 years of related experience in a retail environment
    • Be organized and detail-oriented and be able to work on multiple projects at once
    • Possess excellent writing and verbal skills
    • Be technologically savvy and a problem solver
