- Troubleshoot and resolve end user system failures and ensures correct operation of personal computers.
- Serve as a point of contact for technical Issues.
- Monitor and respond to requests received through the IT helpdesk email and ticketing system in a timely manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in a timely manner.
- Create step-by-step training material as needed.
- Run diagnostic problems to resolve problems.
- Clean up computers and stage for future use.
- Report significant and recurring issues to the tier-2 support team.
- Collect feedback to determine patterns and issues such that they can be resolved and provide FAQs to ease in troubleshooting.
- Demonstrate a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet, and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; making customer issues a priority.
- Currently enrolled and pursuing a degree from an accredited institution.
- Successful drug screening prior to employment.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Experience working in a Microsoft cloud environment (Azure/O365)
- Experience working with MS cloud tools. (Intune, Sentinel, Purview, etc.)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems.
- Knowledge of Configuration Management practices.
- Attention to detail when documenting changes and building system processes.
