For our location in Berlin, we are looking for you as

IT Services Specialist (m/w/d)

As part of the IT team, you will provide technical support in 1st and 2nd level via telephone, email, ticketing system, and in person.
You will also take on responsibility in various administrative areas.

YOUR TASKS
  • Advising and supporting users on hardware and software issues in the user help desk according to ITIL
  • Ensuring a high level of service quality while adhering to IT processes and guidelines
  • Maintaining hardware and software in our ITSM asset management and automated software distribution
  • Further developing our modern hybrid cloud infrastructure
  • Participating in firm-wide IT projects, assuming system responsibility and topic responsibilities
