- Provide technical support for end-users, troubleshooting and implementing solutions for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond to support requests via phone, email, tickets, or chat, logging, and prioritizing tickets for timely resolution.
- Install, configure, and deploy computer hardware and software applications.
- Perform routine maintenance, including software updates, patches, and security fixes, to ensure system reliability and security.
- Manage user accounts and permissions, following organizational policies.
- Resolve network connectivity issues and collaborate with network administrators for complex problems.
- Assist in implementing security policies and monitoring systems for vulnerabilities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
- Provide remote assistance using desktop tools and phone support.
- Respond promptly to IT emergencies, following incident management procedures to minimize downtime.

- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Cisco CCENT, and ITIL Foundation are beneficial.
