What to expect

As Marion, you will be responsible for managing and controlling providers and service providers.


You will also be responsible for building an IT service catalog, defining corresponding processes and value streams, and continuously developing them.


Your tasks will include selecting, setting up, and using an IT service management tool, as well as building and expanding your expertise in the field.


You will be responsible for defining and monitoring KPIs/SLAs/OLAs within the organization based on the IT service catalog for reporting purposes.

As the operational escalation point, you will handle major incidents, problems, and changes.


As a mentor, you will provide technical support to our colleagues and help them advance in their individual career paths at Mazars.

What you bring


You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable education, as well as several years of practical experience as an IT service manager or IT project manager.

Relevant certifications (ITIL, Prince2, PMP) are advantageous.


You have in-depth knowledge of managing service delivery according to procedural requirements, expertise in ITSM processes, and a strong understanding of ISO 20000.


You have a keen interest in current trends and technologies, strong analytical and conceptual skills, and a pronounced affinity for IT.

You are proficient in using common ITSM tools (such as Jira Service Management, ServiceNow).
