Exciting tasks that await you

  • Independent planning of building technology concepts for high-rise, commercial, and engineering buildings according to the performance phases 1-9 of the HOAI, from design to project planning and tendering to implementation and technical construction management, as well as possible project management
  • Coordination of trades such as heating, ventilation, plumbing, and/or air conditioning, as well as management of project participants
  • Participation in 2D and 3D modeling with Revit and conducting technical calculations
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments within the scope of BIM planning
  • Project work and communication with clients from various industries such as automotive, building materials, trade and logistics, pharmaceuticals, food, and the public sector

Skills we are looking for

  • Degree in engineering for building services, energy and environmental technology, or heating, ventilation, plumbing, and/or air conditioning, or equivalent qualification (m/f/d)
  • Professional experience in planning and implementing building services systems
  • Knowledge of regulations, guidelines, and standards for building services planning
  • Proficiency in planning software such as CAD, AVA, and calculation programs (ideally Revit,
