- Lead the day-to-day Program Management for projects and initiatives related to the usage of multiple Marketing Technologies
- Define, establish and govern program operations, processes and procedures that drive stakeholder success
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, compliance, web, email and other teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to drive project success.
- Utilize technical expertise to understand project requirements, identify dependencies, and reduce risks.
- Generate regular reports and documentation to communicate project statuses, program value, user enablement & support, and processes
- Ensure the quality and integrity of digital experiences that meet brand, legal and compliance requirements.
- Drive continuous product enhancements initiatives for new uses cases, efficiencies and optimization.
- Execute Program services for larger initiatives surrounding content, events, web and localization
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business Administration, Program/Product Management, or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in technical program management or related role, preferably in the technology industry.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and collaborators at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Shown leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve common goals.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- 5+ years of product management/operations experience with 2nd party vendor solutions
- Experience with Web or Event Technology Management
- Previous experience with implementing technical operations frameworks in a large-scale enterprise environment, preferably within the marketing or digital technology space.
- Understanding of multi-channel marketing efforts (Web, Email, Webinars, Events) for Demand Generation
- Aptitude to quickly understand systems and technical concepts in order to identify project requirements and explain to internal business partners
- Technology training experience preferred with strong verbal and written (English), presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Basic HTML Knowledge and familiarity with Google Sites ( preferred )
- Strong Google Suite (Sheets/Slides) production skills with the ability to address the problem and tell the story for resolution ( while conveying key metrics, product features, and roadmap )
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Slack, or other Salesforce Cloud products
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements related to data privacy and security (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and experience implementing measures to ensure compliance within technical operations processes.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization, with a demonstrated ability to influence and align collaborators toward common goals.

The Technical Program Manager role is part of our Marketing Technology team. Marketing Technology is made up of Product, Engineering, and Operations professionals who come together to transform the digital experience for prospects & customers.
