    Territory Manager - Indiana, United States - Accordance Search Group

    Compensation:

    • Base / monthly commissions / annual bonus / sales contest $ and stock: in FY 2023, 72% of reps making over $200K, with average reps making $265K, the 'Top 10' reps made over $400K, and the #1 rep made over $580K.
    • Company car, gas card, phone, all expenses paid, extensive benefits package

    Candidate Profile:

    • Lives in metro Indianapolis, IN market
    • 4 year college degree / Bachelor's Degree
    • Minimum 3 years of 'outside sales' with primary quota responsibility, and a documented track record of success.
    • Driven, competitive, high character, strong work ethic, resilient sales rep who takes a consultative approach to uncovering customer needs and providing value.
    • Ability to build strong relationships during the sales process (not only sell after builds a relationship).

    Territory Geography:

    • Greater Indianapolis up to Kokomo, IN & Muncie, IN. Down to the KY border.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree
    • COVID vaccination (not required for 1st interview, but required prior to employment)
    • Minimum of 3 years of documented success in either B2B or medical sales
    • Strong management, time management and communication skills
    • Ability to work in fast paced working environment
