    YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES

    Technical Adoption Specialist works in conjunction with the Client Success Manager (CSM) and is taking a lead role in driving product adoption by our customers. As an expert authority on the Emarsys platform, they are a thought leader within the Client Success organization and support our Clients in the way they use our platform.

    You will be responsible for analyzing Clients' requirements, understanding their goals, monitoring Client adoption and usage of our platform and services, and contributing to churn reduction by making sure our platform sits at the core of their Customer Engagement Marketing.

    Business:

  • Map customer objectives to Emarsys driven solution - promote Value and ROI through adoption and usage of our solutions.
  • Develop personalized adoption roadmaps for customers by leveraging your knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
  • Understand the technical impact of a customer's custom-developed solutions or integrations and how this may impact future projects.
  • Monitor Client adoption and usage of our platform and services and proactively identify potential areas of concern for customers.
  • Translate Strategic Services marketing objectives into actionable adoption/roadmap deliverables for the customer.
  • Translate functional and non-functional requirements into a solution design document.
  • Act as a technical thought leader by keeping up to date on new releases/product launches and industry trends.
  • People:

  • Collaborate with clients and the respective CSM to develop adoption roadmaps to implement system changes, new features, and 3rd party platform enhancements.
  • Collaborate with assigned CSM to discover, assess, and understand customer marketing objectives.
  • Liaise with internal Professional Services Teams on complex projects to ensure a smooth handover to implementation teams.
  • Customer:

  • Act as the technical liaison between the customer and support when necessary to facilitate efficient resolution of technical support issues.
  • Monitor Client adoption and usage of our platform and services and proactively identify potential areas of concern for customers.
  • Support and participate in Client meetings/calls to drive adoption and solution-driven discussions for cross-sell opportunities, perform roadmap presentations, deliver technical guidance and demonstration of best practices on adoption.
  • Understand any change in requirements on the client-side and coordinate between Client, Implementation, and Product Teams.
  • Close relationship and engagement with the Customers.
  • Churn reduction.

  • YOUR PROFILE

  • In-depth technical knowledge of topics such as data integration, XML APIs, etc.
  • Hands-on knowledge of database structure and software architecture.
  • Working knowledge of the online marketing industry and technologies
  • Customer-facing experience in a technical role.
  • Strong business requirements analysis skills.
  • Ability to advocate for clients for the product enhancement process.
  • Strong Project Management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Need to be bilingual (English / Spanish).
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office software (e.g., Project, Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • ADDITIONALLY DESIRED SKILLS

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Ability to present to large groups of people and influence stakeholders.
  • Portuguese is preferred
  • Process and task orientation – ability to be organized and diligent in work.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
