    Description
    Anne McCabe founded Curo Private Wealth in 2014 out of a desire to help people experience the freedom and confidence that comes from taking control of their future through financial planning. The firm has grown throughout its history, partly due to a successful merger with Bernard Wolfe & Associates in 2021. We're one firm united in our approach to providing comprehensive financial planning and investment management, with two convenient locations in Maryland and Virginia. It's not what we do that makes us stand out; it's how we do it.

    As the Client Service Associate, you will report to the Client Service Manager. You will use excellent customer service and problem-solving skills to provide information and education to our clients.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Support client meeting preparation and follow-up including assembling requisite paperwork, report generation, appointment scheduling and post-meeting documentation
    • Manage client needs regarding processing, service, and problem resolution while ensuring documentation and record keeping follows compliance standards
    • Partner with Broker Dealer for new account establishment, account maintenance, and compliance
    • Process, submit, and service all account paperwork/requests
    • Prepare consolidated performance reporting on a monthly/quarterly basis
    • Maintain CRM database; ensure adherence to appropriate client service models
    • Prioritize responsibilities daily to pursue our goals
    • Build relationships with our clients and internal partners.
    • Other responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Manager
    SKILLS:
    • Basic proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
    • Time Management and Organization
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
    • Customer Service
    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
    • You will have at least 3 year of work experience.
    • Financial services or banking industry experience beneficial.
    CERTIFICATIONS:
    • Series 7 or ability to obtain at the request of management
    • Series 66 or ability to obtain at the request of management
