Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate to join our team. Reporting to the Senior
Vice President, Financial Services ("SVP"), the Financial Services Associate ("Associate") provides high-level administrative, bookkeeping, household human resources, project management, and expense management support to the Financial Services department.
The Associate serves as a liaison between the members of the Financial Services department and employees of CPI, the Chairman's household staff, employees of the Chairman's other businesses, and external personal and business contacts.
Responsibilities:
- Processing the biweekly payroll for household staff, onboarding and offboarding household staff, managing household staff benefit programs.
- Managing, tracking and paying household and The Principals' expenses.
- Managing the corporate and personal credit cards of the principals and household staff.
- Overseeing and tracking petty cash for household staff.
- Developing and enforcing specific household and department operating policies and procedures.
- Supporting the SVP, as needed, among other duties and responsibilities.
- Serving as a back up to the Executive Assistant to the President/Chief Operating Officer ("EA") when she is out of the office on PTO.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with Quickbooks, Paychex, mobile payment systems (Venmo, ApplePay, Zelle, Paypal, etc.), and videoconferencing systems (Zoom and Teams).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and communicate status of tasks and projects.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating resourcefulness and strong problemsolving abilities to respond to varied requests and to produce viable solutions to unique problems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be able to handle confidential information and matters with the utmost discretion and always maintain a professional relationship with company and household personnel.
Pay:
$90, $103,000.00 per year
