Who we want:
The Client Services Associate plays a critical role in the back-office functioning of our firm.
With responsibility for the day-to-day client service duties of the firm, the team of Client Services Associates help keep the office running smoothly and ensures that all client communication and servicing is handled promptly, accurately, and professionally.
What you'll do:
- Respond to client and advisor requests for account servicing which may include any of the following:
- Process new accounts.
- Process account transfers.
- Process new contributions and redemptions.
- Process beneficiary changes.
- Prepare for client meetings, research accounts and organize data.
- Assist with follow up activities from client meetings as requested.
- Handle various operational activities.
- Develop and maintain written systems of all activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- When readiness demonstrated, opportunities for career advancement into financial planning, business development and leadership are available to all team members.
What you need:
Required:
- BA/BS degree in a financerelated field from an accredited institution.
- 12 years of professional experience. Professional internship history for new college graduates.
- Able and eager to work inperson in Rockville, MD.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation.
- A strong focus on getting the details right when handling multiple tasks within tight time frames.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem solving skills with a focus on solutions.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Helpful:
- Previous securities industry experience.
