    We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with orders, deliveries, and account management.

    Responsibilities:

    • Answer customer calls and provide accurate information about our products and services
    • Process orders and track deliveries
    • Investigate and resolve issues with undelivered products
    • Maintain customer records and prepare reports
    • Provide occasional support to the front desk receptionist

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Basic computer skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and COPS
    • Previous customer service experience
