    Description


    Your challengesAdministrative Support, such as assisting Head of eLabNext, AmericasStrong aptitude towards CRM software management tools, in providing reports on monthly basis Working closely with Sales and Marketing team to drive projects and execute tasks e-mail campaigns and follow-ups with existing customers (subscription based model).Tracking and processing renewal licensesVerifying Sales Orders with CRM and Licensing SoftwareProviding needed support to Sales Team to drive sales and build continuous relationships.

    Participating in monthly meeting to report due tasks for the Sales force.
    Direct verbal and written communication with clients to optimize customer relationshipsDirect verbal and written communication with clientsProcess and progress monitoring vendor setupHandle purchase order requests and/or inquiriesUpdating the license manager softwareProcessing and sending monthly invoicesKeeping and maintaining an appropriate debtor managementProcessing creditor invoicesManage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary (for Swag, and other supporting materials)

    Providing Support to Marketing Department as needed:

    Event Coordination and Assistance, SWAG, Care PackageReporting and PlanningProviding support to Marketing DepartmentProviding support to Key Account ManagersProviding external support and managing projects with the Marketing teamWorking with Technical Support Manager (TSM) and Customer Success Specialist (CSS) in optimizing customer satisfaction.

    Provide other administrative support as necessary including creating management reports.
