JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Operations Coordinator is at the core of C3's wholesale business, helping drive 3rd party revenue through the daily execution of tasks that support our sales teams across markets.
As Sales Ops coordinator you will ensure that orders are submitted accurately, you will coordinate delivery with packaging and fulfilment, and you will help handle customer inquiries.
As part of the wholesale business, you will work cross-functionally with marketing, IT, finance, inventory & packaging, and with our facilities across markets.
JOB DUTIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Menu creation and upkeep ensure that inventory is updated and accurately reflected across our different channels of communication with customers (ecommerce, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Order intake and processing input orders into our ERP system, ensure accuracy, and follow up with sales teams and / or customers as needed.
- Collaborate with the inventory and packing teams in the delivery of product (order scheduling, returns, etc.)
- Support our sales teams with reports on activity and inventory; directly manage customer inquiries (internal and external).
- Learn and use the tools we use for daytoday workflow
- CRM, ERP system, ecommerce site, among others (a strong willingness to learn is important)
- Oversee our ecommerce website, including updating product listings and promotions, and auditing inventory for accuracy.
- Own administrative tasks that support the wholesale business (and find ways to execute these more efficiently
- Own customer communications involving order confirmation, delivery schedule confirmation, and amendments to orders/or requests.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes that help drive topline revenue across markets.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in sales support or administrative role, preferably in a sales or customerfocused environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrate a high level of initiative and professionalism.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and prioritizes accuracy.
- Be proactive and solutions oriented.
- Be a team player and enjoy learning about cannabis.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check.
