Description

We are seeking a talented System Specialist to join our team and provide technical support and expertise in managing and maintaining our organization's systems and networks.

The ideal candidate will have experience in system administration, troubleshooting, and ensuring the overall functionality and security of our systems.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Provide technical support and maintenance for all systems, including hardware, software, and networks
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
Install, configure, and upgrade software and hardware as needed
Implement security measures to protect systems and data
Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity
Collaborate with IT team and other departments to optimize system performance and efficiency
Develop and maintain documentation for systems and processes
Stay current on industry trends and best practices for system administration

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
2+ years of experience in system administration or a related role
Strong technical skills in operating systems, networking, and security
Excellent problemsolving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus
