Full-Time Position (40 Hours per Week)
Monday to Friday Schedule
Daytime Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Overview

Job Summary

As a Front Office Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing front office operations, managing patient flow, and handling check-ins and appointment scheduling. You will also assist with maintaining patient financial records and ensuring the smooth closure of patient visits.

Job Responsibilities

Manage incoming patient calls, directing urgent cases appropriately
Perform reception duties efficiently
Verify health insurance details, educate patients on policies, and process payments accurately
Enter charges and diagnostic codes diligently
Coordinate with the Billing Office to ensure accurate billing
Maintain a high level of alertness and safety compliance at all times
Complete any other assigned tasks promptly

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required
No prior work experience necessary

Preferred Qualifications

Associate Degree preferred
Less than 2 years of experience
CHAA License/Certification a plus

Work Shift:
Day Shift (United States of America)
