Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Sales Person to join our team.
The Service Sales Person will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the routine maintenance of Emergency Generators.
This role requires expertise in the field, excellent customer relations skills, and the ability to proactively engage potential customers through cold calling and other sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential customers in need of routine maintenance services for Emergency Generators.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities through proactive prospecting and cold calling.
Conduct thorough needs assessments and propose tailored maintenance solutions to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare accurate quotes and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to inform sales strategies and approaches.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales within the Emergency Generator maintenance or related industry.
Strong technical knowledge of Emergency Generator systems and maintenance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
Willingness to travel within the Southeast region as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
