We currently operate 150+ stores throughout Missouri, Kansas, Illinois, Iowa, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Wisconsin, Texas, Arkansas, and Tennessee with plans of expanding to several other markets.

Provide professional customer service, and satisfactorily answers to customers queries and concernsDe-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and supportCall clients and customers to inform them about the company's new products, services and policiesResearch required information using available resourcesCollaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer serviceHelp to train new employees and inform them about the company's customer management policiesMust have the ability to multitaskMust have good communication skills
