    Description

    Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer/ Lead

    Location: Fremont Area, CA (Onsite)

    Position Overview:

    As a Senior Salesforce Developer/ Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the implementation and optimization of our Salesforce platform. Your proficiency in Salesforce development using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) is essential to leading our team toward success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including the configuration and customization of these Salesforce clouds to meet business requirements.
    • Implement and enhance Order-to-cash processes within Salesforce, ensuring seamless integration of sales and financial operations.
    • Design, configure, and optimize Case Management workflows to streamline customer support and issue resolution processes.
    • Leverage Apex programming to create custom solutions, triggers, and batch processes to meet complex business needs.
    • Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance the user experience and create dynamic, responsive web interfaces.
    • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, providing guidance and expertise to ensure successful project execution.
    • Customize and configure Salesforce features, including but not limited to custom objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules.
    • Collaborate with integration teams to integrate Salesforce with external systems and data sources, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
    • Continuously optimize the Salesforce platform for performance, scalability, and user adoption.
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, custom code, and development processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into effective Salesforce solutions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
    • Proficiency in Apex programming and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
    • Strong understanding of order-to-cash and Case Management processes within Salesforce.
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Ability to lead a team and manage complex projects.
    • Strong commitment to quality and attention to detail.
