    Description

    Position Overview:

    We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to take ownership of our Salesforce platform and drive its continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling a list of high-priority tickets and resolving issues promptly to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage a list of high-priority tickets and promptly address and resolve issues within the Salesforce platform.
    • Develop and maintain custom solutions within Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements to the Salesforce platform.
    • Perform code reviews and provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
    • Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of Salesforce solutions.
    • Stay current with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends, and advocate for their adoption as appropriate.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a proven track record of successfully delivering Salesforce solutions.
    • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are highly desirable.
    • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development tools and technologies.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
