    Description
    Sauna360 Inc, a Watkins Wellness Company is looking for a Facilities and Safety Coordinator who will maintain efficient and smooth operation of the physical facility and will work with the Safety Committee to implement policies to ensure a safe and healthy work environment. Wages start at $27 per hour depending upon experience.

    Duties/Responsibilities:
    • Inspects the facility and ensures assigned equipment is in safe proper working order and available for use.
    • Maintains physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment.
    • Develops and implements inspection policies and procedures, and a schedule of routine inspections.
    • Prepares and schedules training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics.
    • Monitors compliance with safety procedures.
    • Draft inspection reports to document inspection findings.
    • Receives, manages, and processes work order requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly.
    • Acts as liaison between employees and any outside contractors needed to resolve specialized problems.
    • Drafts and implements preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment.
    • Ensures safety standards are followed throughout the facility.
    • Participates on emergency preparedness planning team.
    • Applies, or assists with application, for required environmental permits.
    • Develops health and safety procedures for all areas of the company.
    • Ensures that material safety data sheets are maintained and readily accessible when needed.
    • Maintains records of discharge of our employees' exposure to hazardous waste and/or pollutants, as required.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned by the manager.
    Required Skills/Abilities:
    • Extensive knowledge of OSHA standards, environmental regulations, and policies.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent Organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficient in technology and equipment used in environmental inspections.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software necessary to create and maintain reports and logs.
    Education and Experience:
    • At least four years of related experience is required.
    Physical Requirements:
    • Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout facilities.
    • Must be able to lift up to 35lbs pounds at a time.
    • Must be able to bend, lift, stretch, climb, and crawl to maintain equipment and buildings.
    • Must be able to perform work in a variety of weather conditions.
