Description

Dassel is currently seeking a Construction Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on industrial projects.

Responsibilities include independently managing and overseeing projects, conducting on-site construction supervision, creating project-specific schedules, documentation, and checklists, ensuring site organization and safety, preparing performance specifications, coordinating inquiries, and assisting with the awarding of contracts.

Other duties include cost and quality control, acting as a liaison between clients and contractors, accompanying construction projects, and coordinating with clients and suppliers.

The role also involves supporting the design department in the execution planning process and being willing to travel for on-site project assignments.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in civil or mechanical engineering, a technician qualification, or equivalent, as well as knowledge of relevant regulations.

They should also possess initiative, responsibility, and strong communication skills.
