    Job DescriptionSDA Solutions LLC is looking for a motivated Task Order Program Manager for a full-time role in support of a Federal client in Arlington, VA.

    -The PM must hold a Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

    Job Title:     Task Order Project Manager: Business Operations and Leadership Support


    Job Description:
    Overview:
    The Task Order Project Manager will be responsible for providing comprehensive business operations and leadership support to ensure the smooth functioning and success of the organization. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and management of operational processes, as well as providing guidance to the leadership team. They will work closely with various stakeholders to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and support the overall strategic vision of the organization.


    Responsibilities:
    • Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for the organization.
    • Receive, disseminate, coordinate, and track incoming tasks to ensure timely completion.
    • Coordinate daily calendars and ensure operations are conducted professionally and efficiently.
    • Assist leadership in coordinating tasks and information across the organization to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
    • Coordinate joint efforts with other groups and offices, maintaining accountability for assigned tasks.
    • Arrange and manage meetings, conferences, and video-teleconferencing, including logistical support and documentation.
    • Coordinate special events, meetings, conferences, and workgroups, ensuring smooth organization and execution.
    • Provide staffing support and oversight for all required correspondence actions, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
    • Perform technical writing, editing, and proofreading to ensure documents are error-free and formatted correctly.
    • Assist in the development of briefings and multimedia presentations to effectively communicate information.
    • Maintain up-to-date informational packages and electronic document repositories for easy access and retrieval.
    • Maintain awareness of program office assignments and facilitate alignment with leadership priorities.
    • Support planning and execution of strategic team sessions and offsites.
    • Recommend and maintain approved tools to improve efficient management of the program office.
    • Facilitate communication with peer organizations, senior leadership, and various offices in coordination with the strategic communications group.

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in a relevant area.
    • 10+ years of expierence
    • Active TS/SCI clearance.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Familiarity with Department of Defense security requirements.
    • Experience working in a similar Information Technology environment.
    • Strong working knowledge of large, complex IT environments.
    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
