The Building People are seeking a qualified
Program Manager to support a growing portfolio of federal government, local government, non-profit, and commercial customers - all while operating hybrid.


The
Program Manager will have the following responsibilities:


  • Program Manager will serve as the management representative for the overall management and completion of assigned tasks for the project.
  • Perform risk management, including identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating risks, and communicating and escalating risks and issues.
  • Provide the ability to manage projects that may vary by project type (i.e., a new project, an existing project, a project being transitioned from another delivery provider, etc.), size, complexity, project life cycle phases, Agile development methods.
  • Support the development of briefings, agendas, and other general documentation support as directed, including training material and demonstration sessions for new and existing technologies to various stakeholders.
  • Support a continuous improvement process by providing recommendations on improving products, services, and processes.
  • Develop Communication Plans.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, including integrated project schedules, and plans using the tools defined (i.e., JIRA).
  • Support management of projects within schedule and budget and as defined
  • Assist to resolve issues, as necessary. Work to assure smooth/efficient program and project execution by maintaining information flow among parties.

Experience Required

  • 10 years of experience in project management and deployment with Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) experience, such as Archibus, TRIRIGA, Nuvolo, ServiceNow WSD, Maximo, and/or FMSystems
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a team.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to assess potential risks.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum oversight while maintaining schedule discipline.
  • Strong work ethic and problemsolving skills.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to meet tight schedules.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (required).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (required).
  • SCRUM Master Certification (required).

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to meet Federal & Government security background checks, HSPD12, Fingerprinting, plus agencyspecific screening.
  • Ability to operate within a NIST compliant security environment internally and able to support all clientrequired cyber security data and operational processes.
  • Value and protect company, colleague, and customer data.
  • US Citizenship.
  • 2+ years successfully working from home or a remote location, with mínimal supervision. Environment must provide adequate workspace and highspeed internet connectivity.
  • Travel may be required for this position based on the company needs of the more remote hiring areas.
