In my professional experience, I have demonstrated excellence by effectively troubleshooting technical issues for clients, developing and implementing solutions, and consistently exceeding performance targets. For example, at Wipro Limited, I successfully resolved complex technical issues related to Microsoft Teams, SFB, SQL Server, and other VoIP technologies for O365 customers. I also surpassed monthly targets and maintained quality resolution while closing 1500+ cases. Similarly, at Unify Square (now under Unisys), I optimized and prevented issues for clients by proactively communicating with them and monitoring their infrastructure through automated scripts, which resulted in a 50% reduction in P1 incidents.

I would like to highlight that in terms of my academic achievements, I have consistently maintained a high GPA throughout my undergraduate and graduate studies. Additionally, I have taken a range of courses related to software engineering, including advanced topics in software engineering, software design patterns, design and analysis of algorithms, cloud computing, big data, and software testing, among others. These courses have equipped me with a strong theoretical foundation in software engineering principles and practices, which I have applied in my academic and project work.

Furthermore, my project work showcases my ability to apply software engineering principles and practices to real-world problems. For instance, the MavComplete app that I and my peers developed for Cloud Computing coursework involved using technologies such as JavaScript, CI/CD pipeline, and GitOps methodology to create a dorm review, roommate matching, and class scheduler service for students. We also deployed the app on Google Cloud Platform, utilizing GKE, Cloud Storage, Firebase Auth, Container Registry, Cloud Build, and Triggers. Similarly, the National Trade Show Services Java Web App that I developed for coursework Software Design Patterns involved implementing three GRASP patterns (Creator, Controller, Expert) and four GoF patterns (Factory Method, Bridge, Command, Template Method) and creating UML diagrams to identify business and system requirements. We used Agile Unified Methodology to derive its business requirements, use cases, and class diagrams step by step.
