    Job Description:
    Manage up to 10 commercial roofing projects simultaneously; overseeing scheduling, budget, change orders, billing, contracts, warranty requests and ensuring complete client satisfactionPromote a safe work environment for field personnel and production teamComplete cost/budget analysis for all assigned projectsOversee Project Production for commercial clients from beginning to end, after the estimator wind the bid Manage multiple Superintendents and oversee project schedulesDevelop and maintain client relationships and act as a liaison between client and project production team

    Job Requirements:
    REQUIRED - Minimum of 5+ years' experience managing commercial roofing projects from inception to completionFour-year college degree in construction or related field is preferred High school diploma or GED is requiredLEED AP Certification - preferredOSHA 30 Hour Certification - preferredCPR/First Aid Certification - preferredAbility to read construction documents and blueprintsComprehension of construction contracts, billings, submittals, RFI's, lien waivers and insuranceFamiliarity with all aspects of commercial systems and applications related to commercial roofingBenefits:Highly competitive compensation packageEmployer paid insurance benefits401K + matchingPaid vacationWork life balanceInternal growth plans#LI-DNI
