- Drive sell-in of new launches, monitor stock timing, and analyze business performance at each account, making data-driven recommendations to enhance retail sales.
- Oversee merchandising updates, timelines, and deadlines with retail partners for both core and seasonal product assortments across brick-and-mortar and ecommerce channels.
- Analyze sales data to recommend merchandising changes and collaborate with the Marketing and Product Development teams on seasonal updates.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with retail partners, working towards mutual success. Cultivate a strong customer relationship through effective communication, status meetings, and strategic execution.
- Collaborate with Moon Juice's Field Sales and Training team to plan and implement product education, sampling initiatives, and events for associates and consumers at our retail partners.
- Work closely with retail account partners and Moon Juice's go-to-market team to execute marketing initiatives for in-store and online businesses. Oversee execution and manage timelines for retailer assets and promotional needs.
- Advocate for retailer needs within internal cross-functional teams, including brand marketing, digital marketing, social media, planning, product development, and education.
- Maintain internal seasonal trackers and calendars for in-store and online activations, promotions, and exposures. Measure and report ROI.
- Collaborate with planning and sales operations teams on product forecasting, allocation, and stock issues.
- 4 years of experience working with major retailers in Health, Beauty, or Grocery.
- Demonstrated knowledge of working in product information management systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and an ability to interpret sales and inventory data and make recommendations to improve the health of the business.
- Ability to develop trusting and collaborative relationships with a variety of internal and external partners. Resourceful in obtaining and sharing information with team members.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Pay attention to detail and have a passion for planning and organization.
- Highly driven and able to manage competing priorities with thoroughness.
- Experience with a project-management system such as Asana.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to attend meetings, events, or trade shows.
- A positive team player who exhibits confidence balanced with humility and a growth mindset.

Moon Juice is seeking a motivated and collaborative Wholesale National Account Manager to develop and grow our partnerships with a diverse group of domestic and international retail partners that span Health, Beauty, Grocery, and Lifestyle accounts. This role is responsible for both sell-in and sell-through activities and will collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure the brand's presence and success within these accounts. The ideal candidate is results-driven, analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about wellness. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in account management and a keen understanding of the wellness and clean beauty industries and the major players within it.
Moon Juice HQ is based in Santa Monica, CA and requires in-office collaboration 2 days per week.
