    Description

    Overview:

    As a Client Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with PUSH retail clients. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact for designated retail accounts, providing weekly reporting, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service, drive sales, and foster long-term partnerships with our clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    Client Relationship Management:

    Develop and nurture strong relationships with retail clients, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.

    Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions to enhance their experience.

    Regularly conduct business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels, identify opportunities for improvement, and present strategies for growth.

    Account Management:

    Manage all aspects of the client account lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing support and retention.

    Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless execution of client initiatives and projects.

    Monitor account performance and KPIs, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.

    Sales and Business Development:

    Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts to maximize revenue and increase market share.

    Work closely with the sales team to develop account expansion strategies and execute targeted sales efforts.

    Participate in client pitches, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business and renewals.

    Customer Service and Support:

    Serve as the escalation point for client inquiries, issues, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and a positive client experience.

    Manage a team of 3-5 direct reports (Field Supervisors). Each Field Supervisor is responsible for the recruiting and coordination of staff for various retail projects

    Gather client feedback and relay insights to internal teams for product enhancement and improvement.

    Strategic Planning and Analysis:

    Collaborate with clients to develop strategic account plans aligned with their business objectives and our company's goals.

    Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

    Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to track performance metrics, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.

    Proven experience in account management, preferably in the retail industry.

    Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Proficiency in CRM software, Google Office Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

    A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

    This position is 100% remote with the ideal candidate living in the Bentonville, AR area.
