    Under the general direction of the Director of Sales, the Account Manager will be responsible for managing the sales of products to Walmart. Primary account focus will be Unarco and Cannon Equipment items but will need to assist with LA Darling projects where needed. This position will assist with customer service duties related to accounts.

    You will be part of the Walmart Power Team where you will work with sales, engineering, and operations teams at multiple facilities. The ideal candidate for this position is self- driven, a relationship-builder, an influencer, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with change.

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Formulate part forecast to ensure inventory is available for shipments while minimizing excess inventory.
    • Review orders daily for accuracy and provide manufacturing with a daily backorder report.
    • Manage Pulse to ensure order status is updated for customer visibility.
    • Update and manage forecast utilizing customer platforms. (Ex. RetailLink, Lucernex, QuickBase etc.)
    • Effectively communicate customer needs to internal Marmon Retail Services teams.
    • As a direct customer contact, must be able to communicate in a professional manner with all levels (including leadership) of the customer's organization.
    SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
    • Must be able to effectively communicate in both verbal and written form to individuals and groups both internally and externally.
    • Must have superior personal organizational and project management skills.
    • Must travel whenever necessary by either airplane or automobile, either day or night.
    • Must have ability to handle project volume ups and downs without losing focus.
    • Must be able to effectively establish and meet deadlines.
    • Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and be capable of making decisions based on the information available.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience preferred and should be proficient using formulas and pivot tables.
    • Ability to adapt and learn new programs.
    • Financial acumen, technical understanding and credibility, organizational and administrative skills are all required for this position.
    • Skilled and accountable leader with proven experience of customer facing success.
    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
    • Bachelor's Degree in related area as a minimum or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum 3 Years of experience in Customer Service or Sales in a B2B Setting
    • 2 to 5 years of large account management experience required.
