    TITLE: Human Resources Generalist

    A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. This job is the fully qualified, career-oriented, journey-level position. Broad application of principles, theories and concepts in applicable discipline, plus working knowledge of other related fields.
    • Functions as a generalist in a variety of Human Resources activities.
    • Responsibilities may include a multitude of activities.
    • May screen resumes and applications and may interview applicants.
    • May counsel employees concerning work-related problems and conduct termination interviews, providing feedback to management when necessary.
    • Maintains records for EEO and affirmative action reporting requirements.
    • Writes position descriptions, benefit brochures and employee handbooks.
    • Conducts research and analyzes data on assigned projects.
    • May assist in the formulation of compensation objectives, manpower goals, performance management, personnel policies and procedures.
    • Provides resolution to a diverse scope and range of complex problems where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
    • Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
    • Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
    • Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.
    • Determines and develops approach to solutions; work is evaluated upon completion to ensure objectives have been met.
    • Contributes to the development of organization's goals and objectives.
    • University degree and 4-6 years of related experience, or equivalent work experience.

    A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is:
    $57, ,958.00 USD

    The actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to a base salary and bonus plans, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages. Our talent acquisition team will provide specific information regarding bonus eligibility and benefits offerings.
