    Program Manager - Hospitality & Leisure Consulting (MD/VA/DC ONLY) at Oracle in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Description Program Manager, Hospitality &

    Leisure Consulting Location:

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    + Lead all aspects of project delivery for one or more nominated accounts, within the Consulting Program portfolio + Support the Project Managers to plan and deliver managed services projects consistently on-time and on-budget + Design, implement and educate on standard Program Management processes aligned to the scope of Consulting + Standardize reporting and business processes aligned with Consulting Initiatives + Provide program leadership through all phases of the project lifecycle + Identify resource needs and communicate requests for personnel + Anticipate and proactively remediate project issues internally and with customers + Partner with Cloud Operations to ensure successful transition from delivery to day two operations + Strive to consistently improve customer satisfaction, delivery times and service levels while reducing costs + Excel at planning, execution and communication + Create and nurture an environment that is geared to innovation, high productivity, high quality and customer service


    QUALIFICATIONS:
    + Bachelor's degree in a business or computer related field 3+ years related experience in a best-in-class project management organization + Experienced in Hotel and/or restaurant management operations + Successfully lead all aspects of Oracle OPERA installations and version upgrades, Oracle Food & Beverage and Retail application installations + Knowledge and understanding of Oracle hospitality products and services + Must have a broad, deep technical knowledge which encompasses Datacenter technologies including hardware & design, LAN/WAN Networking, Database, Platform and application. + Experience utilizing an enterprise project management tools such as Primavera + Comfortable discussing technical concepts with business people and business concepts with technical people. Able to express sophisticated concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences. + Must be an exceptional communicator and comfortable in communicating both in public and online to business and technical executives + Ability to succeed through partnership and working through other internal and external organizations and individuals (a track record of delivering results within a matrix business environment) + Strong leadership capabilit To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
