    General Position Summary:

    The ideal candidate will be involved in developing and implementing the Wraparound model of care for children and families in Idaho. The candidate will lead the program and team in development, implementation and ongoing management of individualized services utilizing the High-Fidelity Wraparound model of care. The ideal candidate has knowledge and experience working with youth and families in Youth Empowerment System of care in Idaho and excels at leading teams and developing programs. This candidate will develop and manage relationships with all State and partner agencies and be the key representative for maintaining the relationships between partner agencies and BPA Health.

    Essential functions and activities:

    Program Development & Management
    • Plan and evaluate the High-Fidelity wraparound program
    • Create and implement new policies and procedures
    • Support the collection of statistical information including program outcomes
    • Monitor and ensure best practices
    • Promote program to stakeholders
    • Liaison between state agency stakeholders, community partners and BPA Health
    • Ensure adherence to scope of services, preparation and adherence to budget
    Supervisory Responsibilities
    • Manage individual and team performance, ensuring adequate training for employees and investigate complaints and concerns
    • Develop, lead and hold employees accountable to performance standards and outcomes
    • Provide ongoing clinical oversight and supervision of staff and program
    Requirements

    Job Requirements
    • Master's degree in social work or counseling
    • Licensure in the State of Idaho as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in managing staff and/or minimum of 2 years' experience in program development and program management
    • Minimum 2 years' experience in High-Fidelity Wraparound model of care and/or clinical experience working with children with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED)
    • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
    • Strong communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
    Up to 20% travel may be required.

    Annual salary starting at $75,000. DOE.
