- Provide ongoing clinical oversight and supervision of staff and program
- Master's degree in social work or counseling
- Licensure in the State of Idaho as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in managing staff and/or minimum of 2 years' experience in program development and program management
- Minimum 2 years' experience in High-Fidelity Wraparound model of care and/or clinical experience working with children with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED)
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation

General Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will be involved in developing and implementing the Wraparound model of care for children and families in Idaho. The candidate will lead the program and team in development, implementation and ongoing management of individualized services utilizing the High-Fidelity Wraparound model of care. The ideal candidate has knowledge and experience working with youth and families in Youth Empowerment System of care in Idaho and excels at leading teams and developing programs. This candidate will develop and manage relationships with all State and partner agencies and be the key representative for maintaining the relationships between partner agencies and BPA Health.
