- In coordination with the project technical lead(s), define project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities based on the contract, the proposal and company objectives
- Define resource and technical requirements and manage resource availability & allocation
- Prepare a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, work streams & activities
- Outline a budget based on requirements and track costs to deliver project on budget
- Managing delivery of the project according to the program plan and the contract
- Track project and provide regular reports on project status to project team and key internal and external stakeholders
- Manage and adjust for any changes in project scope, schedule and/or budget
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks
- Manage the relationship and communication with the customer and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction
- Organization and execution of company activities including project weekly synch meetings, monthly scheduling, and project updates
- Invoice tracking and reconciliation of internal systems, and ensuring accurate billing with internal systems
- Various administrative tasks such as tracking company expenses, subscription management and overseeing asset inventory and general business management
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- More than 5 years of proven project/program management in past performance
- Federal Government contracting and compliance experience is strongly preferred
- Experience working with a range of highly technical engineers and motivate / lead them to achieve their maximum potential on project tasks
- Ability to clearly capture complex technical concepts in writing and slides for both technical and general audiences
- Must have high attention to detail and have experience interfacing directly with DOD customers
- Experience leading a team of technical subject matter experts
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, while engaging in multiple tasks at once
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with the components of a Program Protection Plan and the basic principles of each embedded security discipline (anti-tamper, cybersecurity, and supply chain security)
- Experience with EVMS systems for government contract management
- Experience with software assurance, system integrity, trust strategies, supply chain exploitation methods and countermeasures, and/or general vulnerability analysis
- A technical degree in engineering, computer science, physics or related field
- PMP certification is desired but not a requirement. Should be at least comfortable with all of the standard PMI processes and practices
- Experience managing programs using a range of approaches, including traditional waterfall and agile approaches
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
