With a keen eye for detail, you can meticulously read between the lines on candidate profiles and resumes to identify and screen not just technical qualifications, but also cultural fit.
As a project engineering organization, details and process are what you do and your ability to juggle and adapt to changing needs helps you manage the full cycle recruiting process like a well-oiled project.

Requirements
Qualifications
US Person
Bachelor's degree in business, human resource management, or related field. Relevant experience in lieu of degree requirement.
2-5 years of recruiting/sourcing experience and/or human resources experience
Minimum 2 years full lifecycle recruitment experience
Experience managing employer branding initiatives
Applied knowledge of internet search tools for sourcing such as utilization of Boolean search logic, LinkedIn, job boards, etc.
Thorough understanding in labor regulations (federal and state) and EEO compliance
Manufacturing and Engineering recruiting experience strongly preferred
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships
Ability to provide accurate and actionable feedback and coaching to hiring managers
