- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree

About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist III, you will play a pivotal role in Boston Scientific's full cycle recruiting process supporting Electrophysiology's Research and Development. Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as hiring leaders, HR Business Partners, and functional COEs, you will bring a consultative approach and creative ideas to develop and execute a robust and diverse recruitment strategy.
